Certificate of compliance is a document stating that the works carried out comply with current building regulations. We believe it is vital that you get a “Certificate of compliance” for 2 reasons

- It is a document that the solicitors will often require to proceed with the sale of your house. For this reason we recommend that the document be filed with the deeds of the house.
